Loading screen during battlegrounds match = unable to use abilities. Dying is the only fix.

I got hit with a loading screen during a battlegrounds match and when the loading finished I was unable to use block, bar-swap, potions, etc.
I tried /reloadui and also tried switching to M&KB mode, but dying was the only thing that seemed to fix it.
I've been having all sorts of issues with block, break-free, bash, bar-swap, sprint, and just general skill desyncs for a while now. But this is the first time I've experienced almost complete loss of control in the middle of an activity like that...
