1. The Thieves guild( guild master) uses Neophyte members to place lock picks in jars drawers and chest/dressers etc in houses dungeons and delves for training purposes...
2. Stuga is paid large amounts of gold for every person she gets to orsinium and she also gets paid by some towns and citys to annoy some strangers so they will leave town.

whats your pet theory ?

My favorite pet theory is that one reason the Dunmer and Altmer of later eras have such a pronounced hate for outlanders and nebarra is that opening up their island borders to all manner of folk unleashed a wave of criminality and assassinations from Thieves Guild/Dark Brotherhood players the likes of which the islands have never seen. Nice job breaking it, players!

Another one is that we don't hear about the Vestige from entities who should remember these events in future games like Vivec, Almalexia, the Daedric Princes, Mannimarco, or members of the Psijic Order because afterwards everyone agreed that these events were far too embarrassing to their mystique and were better off forgotten.

    • Stablemaster Semiral Middenheap is actually an influential nobleman. This is why the wood-elf known as Finnedrin is still being punished six years later for stealing Semiral's refuse.
    • Pacrooti, the devourer of crowns is actually the most powerful being in the TES universe. He can exist in a thousand places at once to scam players out of their cash, and to reap the damned souls of crate addicts. He is both omnipotent and omniscient but not omnibenevolent, otherwise I'd have better RNG with my crates.
    • When we use the psijic ultimate to turn back time, we erase the current timeline, effectively killing all of Nirn with a single ability. And people complain about snipe being overpowered...

I always assumed he was somehow connected to Rajhin ;)

The forceful expression of will gives true honor to the Ancestors.
    Sarayn Andrethi, Telvanni mage (Main)
Darvasa Andrethi, his "I'm NOT a Necromancer!" sister
    Malacar Sunavarlas, Altmer Ayleid vampire
