It say while in combat, channeling a spell will grant u damage shield and YES. When i cast mist form it grant shield, but maintain in that form doesnt provide any shield any more. Is this bug?

Light of cyrodiil : 5 items: While you are casting or channeling an ability, your damage taken is reduced by 15%. When you are interrupted, your next Magicka Ability will cost no Magicka.
If i maintain mist form when use this set, i will get 15% perma dmg reduction. But it's weird when i dont get shield every 6 second when using mother ciannait0 -
