Unlock period for gifting stuck at 30 days

I get this message everyday even though i have had an account for years. “Gifting will be unlocked on your account. I posted this in the bug reporting forum with no response. Can i get some help with removing the message?

I opened a ticket back on the 4th and the issue is still unresolved under Incident: 210204-003124
