Builds that don't use class skills

I had a random thought,
Is it possible to have a viable build using only the non class skills that every class has access to?

And by viable I just mean something a casual player could use to have fun with while playing most content.

Yes, the weapon and guild skill lines are more than enough if you don't need to be finishing vDLC, DLC HM or vTrials.
You might even be able to do those, but they'd maybe be more of a challenge.

I'd argue alot of the class support abilities are too good to pass up.

Yes. Casual overland content sure.

Absolutely. For eg two handed as a skill line has absolutely everything you could want for overland content - a source of major brutality, heal, shield, gap closer, single target spamable aoe spammable, and execute. If you added a bow and dropped endless hail, you could do most dungeons too.

You can also run without class passives and armour, if you want.

You now also have two crafted sets that boost weapon skills.
