ESO wont launch!!

I just downloaded the game on to my new pc and I am unable to play. I have tried all of your suggestions on your website and many others online. When I hit the launch button nothing happens however, when I go to task manager I can see the eso.exe program running. When I bypass the launcher and use the eso64 file directly all i get is a black screen and a spinning cursor. Not from steam. Direct from ESO.
What I have tried:
Disabling all non microsoft services.
I havent downloaded any addons yet so not an issue. This is a fresh never done install on this pc.
Deleting program data file, settings file, host files.
I have all the latest windows and nvidia drivers and updates.
confirmed current Directx version 12 and visual c++ redistributables.
I dont have onedrive installed so thats not interfering.
Uninstalled and re-installed several times and even on several drives.
I have allowed the app specifically through the firewall.
Ive run as admin.
I have turned it off and on!!
I am submitting a report from the Game consultant with a ticket but thought Id post here as well and maybe get an answer quicker.

My specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
Nvidia RTX 2070 Super
Ram 64GB
Vram 3gb
Windows 10

Nevermind. I went ahead and tried deleting Visual C++ red. and then installed them through the ESO install. also made sure that i ran the launcher in admin before hitting the install button. not sure if I had done that before but whatever the issue was it seems to be working finally.
