Nobody I know uses it, it's garbage and really doesn't help anyone. as a matter of fact, it harms new players and their experiences by telling them to take skills and morphs that will screw them over.
I see beginner magsorcs running around with Clannfears and Twilights using crystal weapon on a destruction staff all the time. This is only happening because that's what the advisor is telling them to pick, these players probably don't care all that much, I doubt a lot of them care to look up how to get good at this game, but when people like that stroll into vet dungeons with 10k DPS then there's the problem. At lease set them up with a good skill bar ZOS, please.
