Magplar: Stuhn and Spinner's?

Hey hey, so, I am playing on CP with a heavy armor Magplar. Currently running Spinner, Stuhn, Nerieneth Head (spell dmg) and Malacath's epic meme-ring.

Question is, am I going too heavy on penetration? If so, what should I replace it with? I enjoy using Stuhn, so if I had to replace one I would probably drop Spinner.
Should I run more spell power?

Suggestions and advice would be really appreciated!

Magplar depends on Magicka pool and spell damage for the size of your heal. By stacking pure penetration your heals will definitely lack. Just my initial two sense.

5x Eternal Vigor, 5x Stuhns, Malacath and a single piece of either trainee or monster set, any BB resto staff. I like this build alot, heavy synergizes well for FB 2H Stam gen and BB Resto Mag gen.

While Stuhns has more damage, Spinners has extra lines of spelldamage allowing for better heals. I feel like Spinners is better suited in the meta right now if your going to runa non procc build.

My current setup :

5 EV on Body
1 Molag Kena helm
Malacath
Spinners 2 handed Sword(Better Burst, Higher dmage and allows for great Stamina Sustain with HA) Take Penetration over Niornhoned here.(weapon dmge enchant)
1 Ring Spinners
1 Necklace Spinners
1 Body Spinners
Backbar Resto Staff (Potentates Powered or Defending your choice)+ Double DoT poisons
Depending on race you can go for full Tristat glyphs or tristat on large pieces and magicka on the small ones.
I can 1v1 or even 1v2 a WW + a squishy on this build but obviously proccbuilds are still stronger....It's tough being a magplar rn but goodluck!

While yes the 2 and 3 piece bonus for spinners are 2 lines of mag vs stuhns 1 line sp dmg and 1 line pen does allow for better back bar heals, the overall front bar total bonuses work better for damage. Stuhn's gives 3339 more pen, 129 more sp damage vs Spinner's 2192 more mag. Sp dmg also is affected by the templar only minor sorcery buff.

I like Stuhn on both my magplar and magdk. Both have a reliable way to proc it. I'd drop Spinners and run something that boosts your base stats, like shackle or alfiq or something that helps with sustain or defense, like eternal vigor. Since you are running malacath, you could even drop Spinners for something like Pariah, and gain some decent low health mitigation.
