But I'm expecting we'll see more of Tamriel before we go anywhere else on Nirn. I think Hammerfell is likely given it's a big empty space on the map and there's been complaints from some players about a lack of DC chapters. (I doubt that's how ZOS are thinking of it, but they may react to the feedback anyway.) Add on the fact that we haven't had a release in Hammerfell since Craglorn and I think it's a prime candidate.

Plenty of room,Incredible potential. Hammerfell is a large region.

NOTABLE MENTION: Possibly the greatest candidate as few have said for TES VI or next ESO Chapter or DLC the land has seen so much, had infulence of Dwemer Ayileds,Yokuda So many ruins and untold secrets. It has so much to offer.

THERE IS ENOUGH for full blown chapter in Hammerfell they deserve it them or Argonians.

Base game:

High rock Bretons were already finished
Valenwood Bosmer they had it all from start
Orcs got their own Orsinium DLC
While Hew' bane is in Hammerfell its smallest of DLC and centered around Thieves guild.
Argonians had Murkmire will have bit of Western Blackmarsh with upcoming chapter.
Skyrim had both DLC plus chapter
Altmer are concluded with Summerset
Morrowind had a chapter , there is room for another or at least DLC
Cats had DLC and chapter.
Imperials well you had gigantic Cyrodirl Imperical city add on and now Southern PVE region

Hammerfell is next.

P.S. Its pretty much obvious all roads all roads lead to Hammerfell EITHER THEY ARE saving all for TES6 BUT then again We had ENTIRE Skyrim in TES5 we shall see.

I REALLY hope to see more Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild stories - in my opinion, they are always some of the best part of any Elder Scrolls game. And there are so many different guild halls and sactuaries across tamriel there are so many stories that can be told!

I like the "Winterhold, with a joinable College and matching skill line. Perhaps have Archmage Shalidor return for this adventure?" idea.

Perhaps we could get spell crafting with this too! Or at least a one hand + magic weapon skill line?
