New set database with filters

I would like to present a new tool for selecting sets for creating builds.

Our bilingual set database with filters is already very popular among Russian-speaking players so we decided to extend it and make version for an English-speaking audience.


Here are some of the reasons why we think this the best database of sets.

1. Filters that allow you to choose the sets for specific builds.


2. Set Rating that protects new players from rubbish sets and saves time for advanced players. The rating was given by people playing ESO since release. These are PVP solo and group players, duellists, PvE raid leads and so on.

3. Bookmarks, making it possible to save your ideas and notes.


4. Set Update notes making it easy to see when sets change.


Please note If I see a demand for it I would also like to add further bilingual databases DE + EN and FR + EN provided there are people willing to help.

These would follow the same style as the Rus+Eng version.

To improve the database, you can write with the arguments here if you think some ratings is not correct.

There is "for group" filter. I think it's better and partly the same

Yes. I plan to support the English version. But I don't know yet how to distribute database among the players.
The Russian version https://teso-sets.ru/ has up to 1k visitors per day.
The English-speaking version has up to 20 visitors per day.
First of all, I plan to make a separate domain for English database

Overall, I think it looks great.

I really like a lot of the filters. Good work on them.

I will say though, the star rating doesn't do it for me. It doesn't affect me personally, as I know enough about the game to make my own decision.

But I think it could be misleading. Like why is something 5 star? In PvP or pve? Does it gain stars because you can one bar it? Is it just for a certain class?

Edit: played around with it, and I guess you could use filters and then the stars make more sense. I think classes can make a difference to rating too though.

Some sets are too subjective I think. And I think people may pay attention to the star rating too much. So maybe a 5 star set is that under a certain circumstance that a newer player might not understand. They use it incorrectly, it sucks, they might think the site is misleading.

I also think some of your ratings are a bit off. Like Eagle Eye as a 4 star? It's absolutely awful...

Looks awesome other than the star ratings. For example vMA destro is 4 stars and has been the meta forever. Other PvE sets have 5 stars and are rarely run.

In short, sets are rated for what they are most likely to be used for.
For example, sets that increase the damage of a heavy attack. They are rated for use in the Heavy Attack build.

I understand no one is using Eagle Eye set right now, but mathematically I understand that this bonus for 3-piece set is good. I believe that someone will someday come up with use for it in specific build.

It was mistake. Of course vma destro is rated 5 stars
