Top 10% in campaign, received only one geode? PS4

The 30 day campaigns just ended and I placed in the top 10% for the campaign. I got tier 3 so I got the geode for that, and I got the mail for the top 10% with 5 epic items, but I realise now after checking what the campaign rewards are meant to be that I only got one geode. I should have had 3 in total but only had 2. Has something been changed with this? ESO's own page says it should be 2.
