Juggernaut proc at full hp - maybe caused by special abilities?

Hey guys,

I tried a Juggernaut build a few days ago and it often just randomly procs. It is super annoying and I to this point can't tell what it is but it seems to proc form some abilities no matter how much hp you have. Here have a look:

A suggestion, Imgur provides the code to show your image directly in this forum.

Click on your image, it opens in a window with various codes snippets on the side. Choose to copy "BBCode (message boards & forums)" and paste that here. Your image will show directly.

I can't tell when it procs in that video. I've never ran the set, what am I looking for? Supposedly you heal for 20k when it activates, but I don't see a fat healing tick at all in that vid. Though maybe you just don't have over-healing numbers toggled on.
But tbh if you are able to activate 20k armor and a 20k heal off some random necro ability, that sounds like it'd be broken af

When the big Icon pops up and I am surrounded by this orange red shield is when it procs.

Sadly i am not the one who procs it but the enemies NB with her arrow ability puting it on a 1min cooldown...
