If you buy a regions skyshards does it turn off the achievement for getting those skyshards, or do you still "get credit" for them?

I hate PvP and have been playing since launch. I never really went to Cyrodil until about a year ago cause I was just fine need to get those skyshards, still have never gone into IC lol. Getting those 2 skyshards though behind the gates on each faction is a pain since I never go in there. So at this point I just want to have a character on each faction (only played 1 character too the whole time essentially) get all of the skyshards, then just buy them a couple other toons I'm starting, but I still want to get credit on the achievements.

I'm pretty sure you get the achievement, but I would never buy skyshards.

Note that if you plan on buying the Alliance skyshards, you need to get all 15 for a specific alliance region, not just the two behind the gates.

I'm pretty sure you still get the achievement. I don't pvp on all my characters so definitely took advantage of the cyrodiil ones.

Agreed. It's only an hour of your time at most.

Not for the ones behind the gate. I've spent several hours in there multiple times running around trying to just bide my time and the gates never opened that I need. So just making a character on each alliance getting them then spending some crowns on those seems worth it.

I'd never buy the other ones they are to easy to get.
