Blackreach the only place I see FPS drops

This isn't a big deal and more of a general wondering. I get 100fps everywhere, even in the busy cities in the new zones and old. But once I hit Blackreach, my fps for the most part sticks to 100, but I see dips into the 70s (which quickly climb up 100 again).

Just wondering what it is about this place that seems to be more demanding than the outer zones, including the busier cities.
