Error 318 without being able to log in. How to fix?

One of my characters is stuck in a cyrodiil delve and I cant log in to it because I get error 318 repeatedly without being able to log in on the character. Heres a video of how it goes down:

Anyone knows how to fix this?
- I can log to any other character fine.
- I disabled all addons.
- It's not grouped and the campaign is not full/locked.

Since ZOS just sent automated replies, anyone have any clue on how to fix?

Clearly I havent tried /stuck when I cannot log in to the character.

Did you watch the clip? The character doesn't load at all. Whenever I try to login I get kicked for spamming because the loadingscreen text goes haywire.

Oh, sorry. Sometimes I read too fast. No, I don't watch stuff online, sorry. I guess you didn't get any reply at all from support?

If you have a current ticket number, you can post it here, and tag @ZOS_BillE like I just did. Or you could post the ticket number in the Support forum where he can usually be found.

Sorry for slow reply. ZOS fixed it by moving my character out of the cave/cyrodiil. :P Can close the thread if its possible.
