ESO Plus Notification Spam

I am an active ESO Plus Member, but every single time I go through a loading screen - whether logging in or just transitioning between areas - I get an ESO Plus notification telling me that my "free trial has ended" (I was not on a free trial) and another notification that my ESO membership is active and trying to tell me about my benefits. Dismissing the notification gets rid of it in the moment, but then it just comes back after the next loading screen.
I have been an ESO Plus Member since last summer, and this has never happened before. Primarily playing on the Stadia build. Please address.
