Can we finally have Class Change Tokens?

So i know this has been raised a lot in the past, but it's still a thing that is wanted by a decent enough number of players and there's really no good not to introduce it.
I never understood or accepted the argument against it from the PvP crowd "NO cause then eveyrone will change class to the new meta each month"
Thing is, anyone who would spend money just to do that would most assuredly already have as many characters at max level already, 1 of each class at least or 2 or 3 each, and various races/roles to already cover their bases, all they really would need is 1 of each class and buy a race change token and the so called "problem" already exists.
As well as, a simple solution to further stop the same old argument being used time and time again - even though that argument is not credible - is to just add a cooldown timer on using Class Change Tokens. set a limit, of say 6 months-1 year account-wide even of being able to change a class.
As a player who only has time to play only one character, and been playing on and off since release on playstation and in general i am not a 'multiple-character- type of player i'd love to be able to switch my character to necromancer sometime or sorcerer after that and see how they are and maybe return back to dragonknight
Heck, i'd buy the tokens even if they were 4k crowns.
