Not so much a bug, but lag in general

Running AMD 4 gpu, but gotta give a head's up on performance in Reaper's March. Any area (seemingly regardless of how busy the servers/how crowded the area is) with Khajiit style housing almost always becomes unplayable consistently from a framerate drop. The only reason I'm bringing it up is because I have pretty much no lag throughout the other three areas of Valenwood so, I'm stumped, and even the common area in the Elden Tree and Vvardenfell give me less trouble.

This has actually been coupled with a particular combat problem with the Dark Mane's minions (the M'Athra'Dro? I can't remember). Holding down the R trigger to produce multiple Heavy Blows using a Restoration Staff to defeat an enemy will cause the animation to glitch, creating an endless animation loop. After multiple heavy blows, when the final heavy blow defeats the enemy, the enemy will get thrown back, hit the ground, but will pop back up along with the portion of flair from the Restoration Heavy Blow animation, and won't right itself until letting go of the R trigger.

My amateur guess is it's the detail of the patterns of the dwellings, but the combat thing is almost like on purpose based on my confusion ha ha ha.
