Imagine that, nothing about performance has been fixed over this past year. Listen to abilities/potions fire 4 times in a row but they never go off. Booted in a seige and it takes half an hour/ multiple full game reboots to log back in. Loading screens are far longer than they used to be. Killing it.
Edit: Stuck in combat does seem significantly better.
