Stuck inside Delve Cryodiil

I died last night inside Delve, game logged me out. Today trying to log back in dead in delve automatically tries to put me back into cryo. Next kicks me from server saying to many sent messages. After a few tries booted from server. It will not let me log in my Character. Nissan Delve So Freaking Frustrating.
