Constant Lag in Battlegrounds ONLY even with Sub 99 Ping
Even Cyrodil Prime Time works better than BG's right now; what gives? Can't have fun playing the game when you can't dodge anything because you start lagging and stuttering as soon as someone tries to Dizzy Swing you.
