I just wanted to share an experience I had with a house that might explain why they have the housing cap where it is for performance issues. I took an inn room and trurned it into a blazing inferno. I had like 5 bonfires and 12 braziers to make the room look like a home on fire. I had 27/30 slots full and had no problems. I added a few more braziers to have 30/30 slots. Well the game would crash everytime I left the house. I had to remove some of the braziers. I was down to 27/30 slots used and it was fine. I added two more non animated furnishings to bring my total up to 29/30 slots used and still no crashes upon exit. I figured I had too many animated furnishings in it that it caused crashing.
