Every 3 minutes, "Do you know how long I've been looking for you?"

I don't want to go to Orsinium. Please find a swamp and go drown yourself.

You know that you can just pick up her quest, then turn it in and she never comes back, right? You have to walk your character a very short ways to complete it.

I thought one had to solve the problem on arrival and do a few fights accordingly.

Of course, now that we need to grind near-infinite XP, I guess it would be little sacrifice to actually do that.

During the afternoon of Loredas, 6 Sun’s Dawn 2e578 a big piece of Aetherius fell to Nirn. It was the first major piece of Aetherius to fall on Nirn in more than five hundred years. It scattered around the world as millions of shards. It was rapidly documented by Lady Cinnabar of Taneth in her pamphlet Aetherial Fragments that "... when three shards meet, they re-form into a silvery prism by unknown process and confer the power unlocked by the merger to a nearby being." The Order of the Black Worm, commonly known as the Worm Cult, reappeared in Tamriel shortly thereafter and some of its members are avidly searching said shards.
In the last week of First Seed 2e579, an arcane explosion occurred in the Imperial City — a night of storms, and trembling terrain. They named it the "Soulburst". That day Emperor Varen Aquilarios disappeared without a trace. His wife, Clivia Tharn, ascended to the Ruby Throne as Empress Regent under the guidance of the Necromancer Mannimarco. Ushering a time of increased instability within the Empire of Cyrodiil which finally grew into “The Three Banners War”.

all DLC and Prologue starters should have the option to be toggled in the collections menu - imo

it's annoying to see them everywhere with a fresh character

    Made me laugh. LOL.

I always do the first part of the Orsinium quest until it takes you to the steps of the keep in Orsinium where you meet the king's mother (Forge Mother Alga). Turn in the first part of the quest, but then when the king's mother walks up the steps to talk to you, don't accept her quest. That way, Stuga will be gone forever, and if you ever want to pick up and finish the Orsinium quest-line later, the king's mom will still be waiting for you at the top of the steps.

Why is Stuga even chasing after the player? Just make her a stationary NPC or better, remove her from the game. We can always start the quest from that menu-thing.

I don’t think you should have to start the quest in order to turn her off. Sounds like wasted time when a toggle option would be faster

I like doing content in a certain order

Having all the DLC and prologue starters just wandering around can honestly make things confusing for new players and can be irritating for others who want to do the story in a certain order.

I do not know how difficult it would be in terms of programming, but I do think that the starter NPC’s for DLC contents should have a toggle option in the menu

But if you feel so disturbed by her, why not just accept the quest and be left alone? I do it this way and don't have a stalker anymore (apart from those you meet somewhere else in the landscape...)

Take the quest, do it to point you hand it to kings mom, leave her to wait on stairs for you to pick up the next quest. The Blade of Woe unfortunately does not work on Stuga.

I honestly don't know why they haven't fixed this - just make her stationary like other vector NPCs. She was the first, so they obviously learned that having an NPC run around after you all the time was annoying, I cannot understand why someone hasn't just stopped her moving around.

I decided to do it a little differently on my latest toon. Accepted Stuga's quest. Went through it, then ran around Wrothgar finding all wayshrines.

Lastly, before leaving Wrothgar I met Orzorga and helped her create her four recipes.

At least Stuga is no longer a factor and I have a couple of good level 2 (and 4) recipes.

According to the PC/Mac notes on patch 6.2.10:
"Quests - Invitation to Orsinium: Only one Stuga now appears at a time. You don’t need to know how long she’s been looking for you multiple times."

as of patch 6.3.6 Stuga still run around after me if I ignore her !

found another way to get rid of her ...

I am an Imperial Cyrod. My name is Luvinus Sextal, I was born in Skywatch on 11 Last Seed 2e555. For the last ten years I have trained diligently to become a Stamina Warden. When my parents were recalled to Cyrodiil by Emperor Varen Aquilarios in 2e577 I elected to stay behind. I have not heard from them since the "Soulburst". You know … the infamous arcane explosion in the Imperial City that happened in the Spring of 2e579 — a night of storm, and trembling terrain — as related by the Chorrol Crier, mentioned by Chancellor Abnur Tharn in his "Eulogy for Emperor Varen" and explained by Lyris of Skyrim in the first volume of her "Chronicles of the Five Companions", and other writers, I am sure. The “Soulburst” happened at the same time as a big piece of Aetherius fell to Nirn. Coincidence? It was the first major piece of Aetherius to fall in five hundred years.

    Anyway …

There is this young Orc, Stuga, who has been hounding me for a few days now, in fact every time I come to Vulkhel Guard while helping young Queen Ayrenn — she wants me to escort a caravan to Orsinium. Now that the Veiled Queen has been dealt with, I can do that and return via a way shrine. And I will visit Orzorga's Kitchen while I am out there. I always wanted to meet the famous Chef, former Commander of the Imperial Legion Irregulars.

So, from Vulkhel Guard by ship through the Abecean Sea, the Eltheric Ocean and the Iliac Bay to Evermore in Bangkorai, then by land to Murcien's Hamlet and the Merchant Gate. That took six days. We are barely across the Merchant Gate into Wrothgar that we are attacked by Reachmen!

I think she's probably most annoying to a particular set of people, namely those of us who have a ton of characters, and also who cannot stand to have quests littering up our quest queue. So if you've got a beginner toon doing Auridon, you get to either be accosted by her every few minutes as you come and go doing zone quests, or have the stupid quest cluttering up your tracker, OR get completely sidetracked doing a whole long quest arc in Orsinium to get rid of it, throwing you off your stride with the Auridon stuff. Because it's not at all simple, you have to talk to Eveli, you have to go save villagers, you have to go find caches, you have to go talk to a chief and then you have to go into town. If it was a one-and-done, like if talking to Eveli just opened that quest line without saddling you with another quest automatically, that would be great. But Stuga is really bad for some of us ADHD folks in particular. I would *happily* feed her to a wamasu.

Ask Orzorga, maybe she has an appropriate recipe for wamasu.

All of my characters dealt with her in exactly the same manner - they accepted the quest, then travelled to Wrothgar to complete it. I don't find the quest that long. The benefit of having one less quest giver chasing my poor characters is good enough for me. I also send all my characters to Orzorga to do her quest chain for the recipes. Only two characters ever accepted the follow up quest in the main quest and the others most likely never will.
