Costumes for use on House Guests and Companions

It would be spectacular if we could use costumes (as well as customize color of them) on our House Guests and Companions (including banker & merchant). Not only would that bring a lot more value in-game to having a variety of costumes, but we could see a lot more variety of these NPC's throughout the land.
