DISCLAIMER: I may have missed it, or not understood it, or some other mechanic I didn't get. That being said:

Glacial Colossus: New effect The final smash stuns all enemies hit.
I've never seen this happen. Ever. I usually use this ability on a WB/delve boss/dungeon boss and nope....not once have any been actually stunned.

@DigiAngel , you could post this in the bug reports fixes section of forums and address it to @ZOS_GinaBruno ...you might then have a better chance of it getting fixed.

Hard ccs like stuns don't affect boss enemies, only trash mobs.

Selene..... chance to proc of any melee attack..... melee magblade cannot proc it tho so there goes that idea

Thanks for this....however...WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT Not on the skill....so, as someone who's clearly burning skill points without all the information...where does one go to find that kind of information? Thanks.

should work on all enemies just for the fun factor if you have tons of adds.
