Chaos Gaurdian Achievement - Bugged

I received my first Chaos Guardian medal yesterday in battlegrounds, but was not awarded the achievement.
Customer support tells me to "Redo the task that would unlock the achievement, many achievements have requirements that can be unlocked simply by repeating the task."
