During the announcement, we see the Mehrunes Dagon logo on the background. We also see the worshippers of Mehrunes Dagon: Order of the Mythic Dawn, in the announcement trailer. They also hint towards "cultists" of Mehrunes Dagon in the announcement (timestamp: 2:26:30).

So, what do you think? Are these hints to a new Guild Skill line: Order of the Mythic Dawn?

We won't be getting any new skill lines this year. The thing they are selling are the two companions in the Chapter.
Its not the Mythic Dawn but more like another type of Dagon Cult.
There is more then one type of Dagon cult we are facing as we will also be facing an Argonian Dagon cult.
So there won't be any Dagon themed Skill line for us or any new skill line this year.

You realize these cultists are sacrificing the player character in the trailer?

I think ZoS mentioned their name somewhere, Order of the Waking Flame or something like that.
