Sorry to necro this thread, but I have been lookng at the Blackwood CE on sale at Steam, and needed to check how I can choose the server.
So all the freebies on the NA server will not be on EU server? Ah well, I don't suppose they were all that anyway! I can live without them if I use EU server.
Thanks for the help!

Don't make another ticket, just reply to the email you get, stating it doesn't help (because it most likely won't help!) and restating your issue. You might have to do that a couple more times before you get a live breathing person on the other end of the email chain.
Post your ticket number here so that @ZOS_Kevin or @ZOS_Chiroptera can check to see that your ticket has gone to the correct department.
Good luck to you. Kind of not a fun way to start a new year....

Any in game things will still be there. The account page only shows crowns and which edition you bought.Shadowblade001 wrote: »Anyway, I got in to my game account and it asked if I wanted to download and install the game, and it said I still have 500 Crowns in my PC/Mac account. I think there was some other stuff I had to claim from the bank within a time limit, maybe a wedding ring and some fashion, but it doesn't matter now.
ESO is an MMO, any patches are exactly the same for all versions and there's no way to avoid them like with a single player game.Shadowblade001 wrote: »Where I buy Blackwood CE will depend on who is cheapest and Steam is doing a 2/3 off sale atm. But I don't much like Steam, every Ninja Stealth patch of Skyrim always used to break SKSE!

If you buy the CE edition on Steam then I believe you'll end up with a new copy and a new account and the new account will have Blackwood not the old one.
The deals are almost always identical. There may be odd hours they don't overlap but when there is a PC steam deal it'll match their own store deal.
Did you login on steam and connect the steam version to your other account?Shadowblade001 wrote: »etchedpixels wrote: »You can unlink ESO from steam but there isn't a nice way to do the reverse, so if you have the game so far via Microsoft Zenimax you want to go to their store to get the Blackwood CE on the same account. Oh, flip!
I just bought Blackwood CE on Steam because I could not buy it here, and had the impression it didn't matter.
And now my account here just says I have THE ELDER SCROLLS® ONLINE PC/MAC DIGITAL IMPERIAL EDITION.
So will my Blackwood CE never show up here?
