I thought PTS was coming today. Says performing maintenance. Is there a time they were shooting for to go live?

✭✭✭✭✭I haven't tried to get on PTS yet. But considering the news that the Skill Point respec will be included in the next update, and would be available to check out on PTS starting this morning, I can easily imagine that a huge number of players may have tried to get on PTS at the same time and broke it.
