i nearly purchased the latest tower home, but it was missing a roof and i worried about my mage's books getting wet in inclement weather. is there a tower that a mage might use in the game. i've been looking for one forever and haven't been successful. my wizard is tired of camping out in an apartment. he needs a proper tower so he can feel like he's metal.

The Tel Galen house has a tower that could be fit for a mage--it was a limited house though, so unsure when it will return to the store.

I’ve started rebuilding the left hand tower using solitude curved walls. They seem to fit pretty well.

My mage lives in The Hunters Glade. It has a tower but its inside a cave. The one Room downstairs is his Ritual place, with Skeletons.

Sorry to hear Shaildor's wasn't your cup of tea! I adore the tower myself. I used the roofed tower for my library, and the second one as an open-air dining area.

Tel Galen is a nice tower if you can get past the mushroom textures, but goodness only knows when it'll be available again.

I've seen a few great player-built mages towers, too! Building from scratch is extremely frustrating to me with the item limits, though, so I tend to stick to basic decorating.

It would make sense to me that it would be available during the upcoming Tribunal Celebration. Hopefully it does.

You mean Morrowind? But yeah I think it will be. I know we will be going to the tel vani peninsula at some point and am hoping we can a giant tel vani home there as this one is a little disappointing. I’m hoping the next one is near a volcanic ash area too as it doesn’t feel right to live in Morrowind without lava and ash.

Agreed on Tel Galen being a tad disappointing, but for a different reason. It has a lot going for it, but the lack of any kind of balcony to take advantage of the views really hurts the home's appeal, and it's pretty much impossible to build a ramp that looks any kind of realistic. (Though if you do build a ramp to the top of the tower, you'll be rewarded with arguably the best views in the game. Nothing, IMO, beats the sun setting over Red Mountain from the top of Tel Galen.)

Though being named a Hand of Dres after a certain quest, I'm currently living in Tel Galen, but I also suppose the Observatory Prior is the best choice to every mage and Clockwork City citizen.

The enchanted snow globe house sort of fits the bill, sadly no long staircase, but the whole place is quite magical and consists of a tower.

I agree that we need more medium sized houses with character - like a lonely wizard tower up on a hill. It would work for all kinds of RP stuff - not just wizards. Vampires. Thieves. Small guilds. I’d love to see more houses like this in the future - rather than, or in compliment to, the massive houses we keep getting offered.
