Guild Traders Broken?

Are guild traders broken for anyone else? My group is about to start a trial and none of us can buy spell power pots. It won't load for most of us and for the few it has, the request to purchase items doesn't go through.

Mail also seems really delayed, myself and other people in the group can't port to players, and loading screens to swap zones are very very long

I'm having long loading screens as well. Also trying to list anything on the traders is taking a very long time listing or failing or it bugs out and I have close and reopen the window

Also takes us about 6-8 minutes to reset a trial due to loading screens
