Addon causing massive FPS drop when quest updates???

Hey,

I think this is an addon doing this because I turned off all addons and it did not do this, but i'v tried turning them all on/off and I can't figure out whats going on. Every time I pick up an item or like destroy object and the text pops up on screen that updates the quest like it says "Destroyed 1/2 focus crystals" then my FPS will go from 100 to 3 for few seconds. It's really frustrating and I was hoping maybe someone had a suggestion? I can usually play any game on max settings at 1440p with no frame drop, but this game has given me fits. My lua Memory is 136/704.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I9 9900k
16GB DD4
M2 NVME ssd
RTX 2070 Super OC GFX

You may have to turn them all off, then turn them on a few at a time to find out which one it is. I know it a pain the a** but it is the only way to figure out which addon is causing your problem.

I think I might have found it, but need more testing, it looks like it might have been unit frame addon which I guess makes sense as it needs to refresh quite a bit.
