Reset house to original condition?

Long story short, I'm a moron. I'd managed to select the option that removed basically everything from my house, and outside the house, including street lights and trees. These things all found their way to my bank. My bank is full to bursting anymore, and is almost entirely furnishings (about 240 items are furnishings).

I cannot decorate this house to save my life. I've tried, cried, bargained, raged, etc. It's just not happening. So, is there any way to reset it back to Day 1? It's the Antiquarian Alpine House, for reference.

If there is I don't know about it. I suggest finding a YouTube video showing the original and putting things back as you see them. You can see it as an opportunity to make it how you like it. If you had EHT addon on it might have saved your home settings and you could try putting it back.
Some others in game love decorating for others and might be able to help you if you ask in a housing guild and give the person home permissions to help. You'd have to trust them though enough with the items. I would suggest finding someone very trustworthy or well known and only give them one or two items at first so it lessens the risk.

Also you could try a ticket with Zos and on balance after thinking more I think this may be the easiest option.

Failing that maybe ask a guildy/friend who hasn't done any decorating in their alpine gallery if you can wander round to take screenshots as reference guides?

If you use PC and have the EHT addon you may be able to do this by going onto the other server (PC NA/EU) and save a backup of the nearly empty house, then go back to your regular server and do a restore.

Sorry it took longer than expected.

Here's what I did. In housing editor, hit browse. Then, hit retrieve. Under retrieve you can take everything and put it in your inventory. It appears that's what I did, and then just put it all in the bank. I did this when we all very first got the house, so I'm not sure, at all, what I was even trying to do in the first place.

Maybe you were wanting to clear it all out so you would have a fresh slate to work with? That's exactly what I did on the inside, but did it just by picking things up one by one. I eventually did the same outside when I was ready to start on that part. Would have been much easier if I had known about this feature!
