Need help with hybrid warden build (pvp)

Because most conventional playstyles have become a little boring in my opinion, I have decided to create a warden build fulfilling the following requirements.
  1. Frontbar weapon is melee (2h or dw).
  2. Backbar weapon is a staff (frost or resto).
  3. The spammable needs to be arterial burst (because it's the only instant cast melee spammable for warden).
  4. High Elf race (optional but it would be an added bonus).
Now I know this won't ever be as good as other builds for pvp - it's just something I would really like to try, because it sounds like it could be a lot of fun.
Here's a rough idea of the build I'd like to put together (on build editor): https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoBuildData?id=308839

I'd really love your input, so if anyone has any advice they could give me, it would be greatly appreciated! :)
Also if anyone has played a similar playstyle in cyro before: What were your experiences, was it any fun or just frustrating?

No CP (cause CP is a big factor in mag/stam dmg scaling) More proc sets in heavy armor(gives the survivability with the dmg). Malachath can stay. Perf wrath of elements(for major breach+dmg). And tilt more towards stam skills (imo)

Not in Cyrodil much but I have played hybrids in IC and Battle Grounds. I can give some advice but since I don't use proc damage sets, I can't give much input on those.

I have a hybrid Altmer Vamp Necro, Redgaurd DK, and Breton Templar. I am also leveling a hybrid Warden, Nightblade, and soon a Sorc (as soon as I buy the Imperial upgrade [I don't have money since I lost my job due to Covid  ])

I don't like telling people how to build their characters; I will just say that I advise you to look at a set like Shacklebreaker if you feel like your sustain is too low. I use the Torc on two of them because - lemme tell ya - sustain is a big problem on hybrids.

Thanks, no cp may not be a bad idea! I have also thought about running the Vateshran ice staff, however I'd need to give up one 5pc bonus or my monster set (and also a skillslot). Since I can already get major breach from deep fissure, I am not sure if it's worth it, but I'll give it a try certainly.

Hey thanks a lot for the input! Now that you mention it, torc does sound awesome for sustain, shame I can only run 1 antiquity so I'll have to choose between Malacath and the torc.
And if I may, I really hope you get back on your feet quickly! :)
    This Covid thing really sucks.

I would replace the swarm with bird of prey. Minor berserk + 2% more damage from passive is just too good to not use.
