3000 crowns spent for skill line...skill line not updated

I spent 3000 crowns for the Mages' Guild skill line on my nightblade Rabid Shadow and DID NOT GET THE SKILL LINE. I got absolutely NOTHING for my 3000 crowns. Please give me what I paid for!
