Gifting notification?

Every single time I log on to PC/EU I receive a notification that gifting has been unlocked on my account. Even just switching characters on the server I get the notification every time. What do I need to do to make it stop? Dismissing/deleting it doesn't work and I have all notifications turned off in settings so...
