question regarding morphs with update 29

Hi, Might be being a bit stupid here but just wondered if we will need to re-lvl abilities to rank 4 to obtain the morphs for abilities that are reset as part of update 29? I've looked at the patch notes but couldn't see a clear answer to this one. Thanks
