tamriel together competition feels more of a pc only considering only pc won.

could of been done a lot better if you chose one guild from each server on each platform, cos now that the winners are only pc, it just looks like you chose to favor pc, while completely ignoring console players yet again.

wolfbone✭✭✭✭✭what I'm trying to say is that it could of been structured a lot better than how it was, because for a event to celebrate all of the platforms, it feels far from it considering only pc won and I'm sure there's people who feel ZOS are just favorting pc.

But what event do we have to celebrate Tamriel together though? I mean....console didnt win anything (I’m disappointed about that too - there are some awesome guilds here - Xbox is my platform) but with the fact of us not winning anything there’s nothing to celebrate. AFAIK aside of rewards that winners get, nothing else is being done so people who don’t go on eso’s website won’t even know anything happened...Edited by Grega on January 13, 2021 11:34PM1 -

Console players would participate if they made two separate gategories: pc and console. Problem solved. Now with everyone on the same pool it is not fair, again, due to addons, change to use items on test server, easier editing etc.2 -

Different countries have specific laws about allowing their citizens to participate in international sweepstakes. Its fairly common to require a deposit in the country and other stuff like that. Heck, I was surprised that ZOS actually got all 50 states into the latest sweepstakes since usually Florida misses out.4 -

It's still not "together" when they can do plenty of other things in game people don't get locked out of because of their location.

I mean, to be fair, without seeing what all 370 entries looked like it's hard to say why these particular ones won. It does look like at least one of them had been interviewed by the ZOS team before though.1 -

1. Like always half of the planet coulnt participate in the sweaptake(not zos fault) maybe its time to move away from those
2. The guild contest was more like a art contest than a guild contest. Your guild dont have an artist or someone good at editing photos or video ? You are screwed.
It would have been better to have some kind of point system were you get point for doing activities while grouped with at least 1 guild member or something like that. Wich would allow all guild to participate no matter what

You can edit console footage, though? There are youtubers who post reviews/gameplay of console games and it's edited, so it should be possible.
It wasn't "pc vs console" it was more like "which guild has professional designers/musicians/video editors". For example, one of the winning entries had a song that was written for this competition. This could be done by a console guild, too.
I agree that it would be better to have more winners (at least one for each platform), but I'm pretty sure that the video that got the first prize did so well because it was professionally made and not because it was made by a pc guild. Addons do help a lot, but we're talking about creative contest. And the main advantage here is not addons, it's having professional designers/musicians/etc who are willing to help, which is not platform-specific. That's the case with pretty much every creative contest ever, however unfair it might be. On Xbox One, video options has a Screenshot mode now that hides the UI. Xbox Home > Y takes a screenshot. Hold Xbox Home > Sharing Options > Onedrive. Then on your computer access your Onedrive, download the screenshot you took and then use an editor there.
