The rotation of these quests seems to always include a very limited number of locations included in the core game. It would be very easy to include the new DLC areas that have been opened up by subscribing players to make the effort of doing these quests both fun and surprising.

Each DLC zone has its own set of dailies to take the place of the mages and fighters guild quests.1 -
