Provisioning Issues (says all recipes haven't been learned)

Hi,
I have had to change the computer that I'm using to play the game for the time being and am now having issues with Provisioning. I can no longer make any food on any character on the server. Nothing changed with skill points or anything, just the computer that I'm logging on to the game. I'm on PC-US.

✭✭✭✭✭Possibly an addon conflict. To confirm, turn off all addons and try again. If it works with your addons off, then you can start trying to figure out where the conflict is and remove the addon causing the issue.0 -

Not sure why I didn't think of doing that. Still had the Multicraft addon on this computer. Go figure and not sure why it would cause that problem, but it did.0
