Is there an addon like Power auras in WoW?

Been searching for an addon that can track my debuffs on the target to keep dot refreshing a tad easier since it seems majority builds require short term dots. Is there one that enlarges the debuff icon and places a timer on it?

There are several add-ons that will do a lot of that.

Action-duration reminder puts a timer in your skill bar for how long the effect will be up
Srendarr is very customizable (but a lot of work to setup and can probably do all of that)
Raid-Buffs can show customizable debuff tracking (but only on boss-rank targets)

and I'm sure there are more.

I don't know if there's any 1 add-on that does all that.. (I've not played WoW myself), but Srendarr would be the closest, but there are certainly others that give you that information.
