Character made on eu server but suddenly in na server

Hello, today my wife made a account and a character on the european server i double checked it 100% sure it was on the eu server and suddenly after i wanted
To join her her character is on a na server? Now all her progress is for nothing any thing there can be done against this?

Make sure before you log in, you select region in the log in screen.

This cannot happen, the only place it does happen is on the PTS or public test server - but you shouldn't have that version installed.

Maybe people could help you catch up, with training gear? How much progress was lost?

It is not possible to make a character on EU server and it appears on NA server.

What I think this is is human error. Our brains can trick us sometimes. Yes you checked but how can you check its on eu server you need to logout of creation screen and that us not possible. So your wife did make the character on NA server.

I suggest your wife makes another new character on eu server ...create it then check the server she isvon before levelling.
It could be she dropped out whike creating her character and she logged back in but ut went back to na server. This is what i think happened.
