Group Changes and Necromancer Resurrection Ultimate

The recent group changes have eliminated the ability for Necromancers to resurrect any out-of-group players with their ultimate.
Meanwhile, you can manually resurrect out-of-group players, which sets up a contradiction or, even worse, a double-standard.
Given that the group changes are already very punishing, I (and likely most other players...) would much prefer to see the Necromancer ultimate restored to its former functionality rather than to any limitations placed on manual resurrections.
And before anyone tries to get snarky, manual resurrection is treated as an ability in-game since it can be Negated. So the ultimate and the manual resurrection are on equal footing.
