Elemental Catalyst and Necromancer Pets

Necromancer pets (and perhaps all pets) do not actually proc the Elemental Catalyst de-buffs. This includes the Arcanist as well as Blastbones.

I would imagine that this is because they are considered their own entities doing their own damage but that is not the behavior that a player would expect from the set.

Yikes. Even as I thought of the other cases, I forgot about Blastbones.

So even a necro isn't really going to have good AoEs for all three elements -- or am I being unfair to Shocking Siphon when I say that?
