Targeting may be off

Using these settings I found the targeting may be off, as in aiming at a character and casting spells (tested on Warden trying to pull myself to friendlies) very often doesn't work. It seems because of the camera perspective the crosshair is not respected and the ability often isn't triggered.
Personal note: I like this POV because it enables me to see in front of me with the character moved to the side completely.
