Question about Crown Store gifting

Hi, I want to gift to another account from the Crown Store. I read the requirements. I need to either subscribe to ESO Plus, or buy Crowns, and then wait 30 days for gifting to be unlocked. Not a big deal. So I bought 1500 Crowns a couple days ago and the Crown Store said I had to wait 30 days. I was expecting this since I knew the requirements. The problem is, it's been a couple days now and the Crown Store still says I need to wait 30 days. Is this the way it is until the time period is up, or is there supposed to be some kind of count down? For example, today it should say I need to wait 28 more days, but it's still telling me 30 days. I'm wondering if this is just how it is, or if I have a problem that needs to be addressed?

If this is your first crown purchase and have never been an ESO subscriber then yes. The official answer from Zos is linked below.
