[BUG REPORT] Unexpected error when trying to log in (Steam version)

Writing on behalf of my wife (who shares an internet connection with me, but is not registered on these forums). When she tried to log in today a few minutes ago, she encountered an error message. Router restart didn't resolve it. Error message is sa follows (in russian language):

As for me, I didn't get this error this time, but that maybe sheer luck as well. @ZOS_GinaBruno please investigate the possible issue.

    As steam user i could logg in with the Bethesda.net_Launcher. (close steam before)

    steam still doesnt work for me atm

    I don't understand how you do this?

    search for Bethesda.net_Launcher (eg type in cortana). Its in the install folders. Close steam first and start it.
