Stam recovery bug PS4 NA

I have made a post about this issue before, but it's been a little while, so here's a new one. My main is a stamdk. My stamina recovery is bugging again and is being zeroed out. It usually happens after or in the middle of a fight, both against other players and NPC's in Cyro. I have to close the game and restart it, reloading the ui, fast traveling or rezing doesn't fix it. It really sucks having to continually apologize to my alliance mates for not being able to keep my resources up to not die. I'm not the greatest player as it is, but I keep trying anyway and hate feeling like I'm letting the team down, even as a solo player. Please, please fix this. I know I'm not the only one having this issue as I see people in zone chat talking about it, too. I like being a stamdk, and while I have thought recently about trying to make her a hybrid, I don't want to change my whole build to mag just because of this bug.

Yes. It's really annoying when it happens in fights. Just stops ticking up.

This has been happening to me on all my characters for months. I can sign in and my stam recovery will be what it is supposed to be but the first time I enter combat, whether PvE or PvP it drops to 0 on my stat sheet.
I've tried deleting the game's saved data multiple times and now I'm even on a fresh install on my PS5 and still getting the same bug.
I'd say it's unbelievable that they haven't fixed this yet but I've been playing the game long enough to know this is just S.O.P for the devs.

I wonder, is there an addon that will display the recovery points on the main screen? I was wondering if and when Bloodthirsty was proccing so I downloaded PowerTracker27. It display`s the "damage points" not the DPS so if there is an addon maybe that would help with the verifying and ZOS would pay more attention.... Just trying to help.

Its happened less of late, but the one place I see it occur more than others in PVE is Cloudrest. It will flatline and not come back.

Skip ZOS.

Sony is who you have agreement with, record and screenshot everything & send to Sony.

You pay Sony for access to ESO, it's their job to handle ZOS.

I am on console, so no add-ons unfortunately. I don't even notice it's happened until I see my stam bar isn't refilling. I have to check my character sheet and that's when I see it's at zero.

As for alerting sony about the issue, thank you for the suggestion, but I feel like I've reported enough blue screens with screenshots over the years as it is from this game. I'm not sure what sony could do to help. Plus, I have seen xbox and Pc players having the same or similar issues.

Not sure if you've realized it but when you get this bug you actually do still recover stam but it comes in fits and starts when you perform actions such as light attacking. So when actually in combat I don't feel the effect to much, but it's very annoying to be forced to stand around light attacking the air for 20 seconds to get your bar to fill back up in between fights.

Except, I can stand in one spot for several minutes and it never recovers, plus my character sheet literally shows zero, like I never had any to begin with. I will try to post a pic in a bit. There have been a few times when it was just super slow to recover, but this bug doesn't allow recovery at all. I've tested it and used a stam skill to completely drain my stam and it won't budge until I close the game and restart it. Even heavy attacks don't renew it.

I get the same thing on every character the first time I enter combat. It's not even worth relogging to fix for me because it comes back right away when I sign back in and get into a fight.
Drain your Stam to zero then wait a few seconds and do a light attack and watch part of your bar will fill back up part way. Same thing if you sit in sneak not moving for a few seconds then move a bit you'll get some stam back.
But I've realized in playing my stam toons in PvP it really messes with me since every time I go longer than 2 seconds in a fight without doing a LA I lose 2K stam that should have ticked so I run dry way quicker than I should. If someone pops Bat swarm or Eye of the Storm and I have to spend ten seconds sprinting to stay out of the AOE, that's 10K stam recovery lost.

I see this on ps4 eu too. I have almost 3k stam recovery and sometimes it is out in two secs and never comes back. Few times happened with health too, i just cannot heal myself or recieve healing. And when i rez, i still have like 1% health. Only relogging fixes this. All this happens in cyro. I don't pve so i'm not sure if it happens there too.

So this bug is still prevalent and I've heard several people in my PvP guild comment that they now have it as well.
I searched the forums and this is the only discussion about the topic. How is this not being talked about more?
It makes it really hard to play a stam toon as I lose all the resources from the lost ticks while sprinting, sneaking or casting abilities and the only way I can get stam back is to stop doing anything that costs stam for a few seconds then performing an action like LA/HA the air or start sprint at which point I'll get a huge chunk of my bar to fill back up.
It certainly makes me run out of stam much faster during fights.

It's worse for me after the update. I used to really only get it on certain toons, my nb the worst offender. Now it's all of them, every time you play, multiple times.
