I only went 4 pages back to see if there was a topic on this. The only ones I saw mentioned orbs. So here goes...
1) Orbs synergy is still bugged in Cyrodiil. I don't know if the same is true in BGs, I have not tested that. This was the case during the tests where healing was limited to group-only heals, and has been the case since the most recent update where group-only healing was put into place in Cyrodiil.
What happens - the base function of the orb (healing or damage) still works, but the synergy prompt is received by a player but cannot be consumed. The orb continues to provide the synergy prompt to the player, but no matter how many times you hit the synergy button, it does not actually use the synergy. You do not get the heal or the damage from it nor does it return resources.
Why this is bad:
A) No resource return possible from orbs.
No useful damage or healing possible from orb synergy.
C) If the orb synergy has a high priority (especially healing orbs), it obscures all other lower priority synergies from being activated. Energy orb (the healing morph) seems to be one the the highest priority synergies available, hiding all damage synergies when overlapping as well as other healing-oriented synergies such as bone shield.
2) Damage synergies which are supposed to be able to be activated by only
one player are able to be activated by all friendly players (from within group AND outside of group). This means anyone and everyone can "crush" that Nova synergy. Or the Grave Robber. Or the Conduit. Or any number of other synergies. This is leading to large numbers of very high damage synergies happening all at the same time from one skill, usually from many different players wearing Harmony-traited jewelry. While it is nice to not have to squabble over synergies with other players, this is certainly not the way the skills are designed and is resulting in near instant wipes of large groups of people due to synergizing one ultimate. Or even multiple synergies off of a single skill.
I strongly suspect that both of these bugs are related to the limitations on ally-impacting effects in Cyrodiil now being limited to group and the obvious difficulty of dealing with the synergies and limiting those to group members only.
Some acknowledgement of these bugs and that they are being (hopefully) worked on would be sincerely appreciated as they are both severely impacting the player experience in Cyrodiil for all players.
