Freezing while traveling

Like 1 out of every 5 times I travel by wayshrine or straight to people I freeze and it's getting beyond ridiculous and then when you log back it either 1. says you're logged in for the next 5 min 2. Freezes on the character login screen or 3. Fails to load the play screen when you login on PS4

Many times for me the screen looks like it’s frozen (when fast traveling) for up to ten seconds, then it will start going again.

The spinning icon stops during that time and then starts up again.

Even knowing this, I still often think that I will have to close app and restart, it takes so long.

My screen either freezes for 8 to 10 seconds when coming out or a wayshrine, or it freezes, turns 90% opaque for a few seconds, then goes black for a 3 count, then back to opaque, and back to action.

It happens coming out of a wayshrine while trying to mount in the dolman stampede in auridon and alik'r, mostly, but it will definitely happen at other times in other places while I'm alone and coming out of a wayshrine.

This has been happening to me on xb/EU.
I use a wayshrine and the screen freezes.... The circle turns but I get no unusually long load time notification.
If I wait, I get logged out for inactivity
If I return to dashboard and relog in, I get error 304.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't..
This has been happening on average 4 to 5 times a session, depending on how long I play for naturally.

I've waited for up to a minute before the thing started spinning again. It's just a new "feature" I guess.

I waited so long I've been logged out for inactivity.
Sometimes the ouribouris loading circle just spins and spins and spins...
Other times it stops completely.
Sometimes upon logging back in I'm at my destination...
Other times I'm still at the original wayshrine.

It's definately a little frustrating.
